Practical Sessions - Bilko
Dr. Craig Donlon from the JRC Space Applications Institute (SAI) in Ispra, Italy,
works with UNESCO's Bilko project.
The students were all given Bilko 2.0 image
processing software and training manuals: they worked on a number of image-handling
procedures throughout the two Bilko sessions during the training course.
